The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) in their recent update announced the confirmation of 195 Coronavirus cases in Nigeria, lifting the sum of Confirmed cases to 1,532
The Agency noted that as at 11:50 pm 28th April, 80 New cases were reported in Lagos, 38 in Kano, 15 in Ogun, 15 in Bauchi, 11 in Borno, 10 in Gombe, 9 in Sokoto, 5 in Edo, 5 in Jigawa, 2 in Zamfara, 1 in Delta, 1 in Enugu, 1 in Rivers, 1 in FCT and 1 in Nasarawa.
Enugu State which has had no case record after the successful discharge of their previous cases has recorded 1 case while Nasarawa has joined the list of the 32 States plus FCT which have recorded confirmed cases in Nigeria bringing total number of infected States to 33 plus FCT.
NCDC noted that there were 4 new Deaths and no new recovery as at the time of the recent reports.

The recent report from NCDC indicated that the 4 New deaths were reported as 3 in Sokoto and 1 in Delta.
The death toll as reported by NCDC indicates that Lagos has recorded 19 Deaths, 3 in Abuja, 1 in Kano, 2 in Katsina, 3 in Edo, 2 in Delta, 1 in Akwaibom and 2 in Borno, 2 in Oyo, 1 in Ondo, 1 in Ekiti, 1 in Ogun, 2 in Rivers, 2 in Osun, 3 in Sokoto bringing the total death toll to 44.
Analysis from the current report from NCDC indicates that Lagos has 143 recovered victims, 36 in Abuja, 18 in Osun, 8 in Edo, 9 in Oyo, 5 in Ogun, 4 in Kaduna, 9 in Akwaibom, 2 in Ekiti, 2 in Rivers, 2 in Enugu, 2 in Rivers, 2 in Kwara and 6 in Bauchi, 2 in Ondo, 0 in Kano, 6 in Katsina, 0 in Gombe, 0 in Delta, 0 in Borno, 0 in Abia, 0 in Niger, 0 in Jigawa, 0 in Gombe, 1 in Anambra, 0 in Benue and 0 in Sokoto.
