N-power: Are you Unpaid?

There has been speculation of shady approach towards the payment of the N-power beneficiaries March Stipends as insinuated by some of the volunteers.

The Volunteers had earlier wondered why the sudden change of payment platform as observed in the credit alerts recieved by the beneficiaries after a long delay of executing the payments.

Some of the volunteers had also wondered why some got paid and others did not receive their payments.

It would be recalled that payment of March Stipends to the N-power beneficiaries started on Thursday 16th April, 2020. Some beneficiaries who have not received their stipends have wetted their thoughts in worries of denial, rejection or diversion of their stipends.

The Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouk, while responding to a media interview with NTA Abuja noted that payment of March Stipend had just started on 16th April and still on going.

The Minister urged the beneficiaries to disregard any rumour or fear of assumption as payment of stipend is still on going and every volunteer who does not have any query should not have any reason to panic.
