Barely one week of initiating the N-power 2020 Batch C Recruitment, more than 3,000,000 Nigerians have tendered their application through the online Registration portal.
This is contained in a press statement in Abuja on Friday by the Ministry of Humanitarian Afaiirs, Disaster Management and Social Development's Deputy Director of Information, Mrs Rhoda Ishaku Iliya.
The N-power Batch C recruitment which is proposed to engage 400,000 N-power Beneficiaries in various categories of the N-power Program has received atmost enthusiasm from Nigerians who may have missed the previous application processes in the previous years.
Mrs Rhoda disclosed that the application processes would be concluded as soon as possible so as to give way for the commencement of the Batch C N-power activities.
The Ministry's Deputy Director further stated that the Independent Monitors who were engaged for the Batch A and B N-power programs would be officially disengaged on the 31st of July, as the Ministry intends to recruit new monitors that would monitor the activities of the Batch C N-power activities as well as other components of the National Social Investment Program.
While the Batch A who have been officially disengaged from the Program lament their ordeal as the transition process has not commenced, the Batch B would be officially disengaged on the 31st of July, 2020, as both batches ponder in expectation of their June stipends amids Coronavirus downturn on Economic activities.
