The Federal Government has released schedule for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Survival Fund Initiative Registration.
A statement issued in Abuja on Sunday by the Project Delivery Office stated that the portal will opens at 10 PM, today, with educational institutions as the first category of beneficiaries to register in the Payroll Support.
“Nigerians interested in the Payroll Support scheme are to note that the site for registration will be open from 10 pm Monday September 21, 2020.
“In order to ensure seamless registration process, the Project Delivery Office (PDO) has designed a registration schedule.
“Registration for Payroll Support will start with educational institutions on Monday (today) and will be followed by businesses in the hospitality industry on Friday September 25 beginning from 12 A.M.
Who are eligible for Payroll Support?
1. Education (Private Schools): The Proprietor of the Private School would register a maximum of 10 Employees per each Private School who would be beneficiaries of N30,000 for a period of 3 months. This application begins 10pm today, 21st September, 2020.
Note: School Proprietors must possess Bank Verification Number; Business must be CAC- Registered and Nigerian owned.
2. Hospitality: The Hospitality Industry Propriator would have a maximum of 10 Employees registered from 12 am, Friday 25th September, 2020. Same condition applies as in Education.
3. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise in Nigeria meeting the following requirements:
a. Business registered by Corporate Affairs Commision and Possess RC No:, TIN, SMEDAN Number
b. Possess a Staff strength of at least 3 Employees.
c. Possess Annual Revenue/Turnover for 12 Months
d.Proof of (3) Last Salaries paid to your employees
e. Owned by a Nigerian
f. CEO Possesses a Bank Verification Number(BVN)
Meanwhile, the portal will also be open to other category of small businesses from 12 A.M., on Monday September 28, 2020.
Also, registration for other sectors would continue until Thursday 15th October, 2020.
The Project Delivery Office therefore advised those interested in benefiting from the fund to take note of the schedule and also log on to http://www.survivalfund.ng to register for the payroll support initiative.
