COVID-19 Targetted Credit Facility: Nirsal Microfinance Bank rectifies loan Terms, calls for a Customer Survey | Check now

Following the clarification of the COVID-19 Targetted Credit Facility Loan Terms and Condition by the Nirsal Microfinace Bank to avert complaints that may arise as a result of misinterpreting the agreement with the beneficiaries, there was an observed change in the Loan Ternor and Moratorium.

We are happy to announce that the above error has been rectified and has been confirmed by some of the beneficiaries of the COVID-19 Targetted Credit Facility Loan. 

To confirm the change in your personal Policy, Terms and Conditions with NMFB, kindly open https://covid19.nmfb.com.ng and enter your Bank Verification Number (BVN).

Nirsal Microfinance Bank has also called for 'a Customer Electronic Channel Survey" to enable them serve you better. If they have not been serving better, it's time to let them know in the Survey.

Always remember that Nirsal Microfinance Bank will never request for money for the approval or disbursement of the COVID-19 TCF Loan and "there no short-cut to the Loan Approval or Disbursement." Anyone that tells you there is, run from such scam.

The only thing you can do is to keep waiting for your disbursement, approval SMS or keep checking your status as the process is on going.

To check if your Loan has been approved, follow this method:

1. Open https://covid19.nmfb.com.ng

2. When it loads, select the type of Loan you applied for. Either SME or Household

3. Enter your BVN. Do not worry, the website is safe. That's the official website of Nirsal Microfinance Bank.

4. A response will be displayed. 

If it says your Loan has been approved, it will load your details asking you to accept your Loan offer. Proceed to complete the process and enter bank name and your account number.

If it says 'Your loan has not been approved, check back later, kindly check back later as they said.

If it however displays "BVN does not exist", do not panic. Just keep checking back from time to time as approval is on going and hope is high.
