N-Power NEXIT: Massive review of Beneficiaries Complaints on going

Following the numerous complaints sent to Supports by the beneficiaries of the N-power Program who had encountered difficulties in accessing the NEXIT Portal https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng, we are happy to announce that many complaints have been attended to and many are being reviewed. Kindly check your mail.

Some beneficiaries were not specific about what they needed from supports. Sending a complaint without complaining about anything other than your stated N-power details makes it cumbersome to understand what your problem is among thousands of beneficiaries who had bombarded the support box with complaints.

As earlier stated, e-mail verification requests are being reviewed and many have been responded to. The response querry is automatic and you are likely to get thesame email from "NEXIT Portal" the number of times you had requested for it. Kindly check your inboxes including important, promotion, spam etc, especially for Gmail users.

If you had requested for e-mail verification but yet to recieve an e-mail, kindly remain patient. Haven't made a request, do follow  https://nexit-fmhds.cbn.gov.ng/auth/activation to directly request for e-mail verification link.

All beneficiaries who had submitted complaints and are sure to have sent in understandable complaints are encouraged to remain patient and continue to check their e-mail addresses. Note that as at this moment, there is no stated deadline for declaring your intention towards the laudable initiative of the Humanitarian Ministry in collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria.
