Recall: State by State Breakdown of the Payroll Support Scheme for the North West, North East, North Central, South East and South South - States with "Open" or "Closed" States.
The Statement signed by the Project Delivery Office of the N75Billion MSME Survival Funds and released to the public by the SMEDAN North East Zonal Office, Bauchi and SMEDAN Taraba reads:
"PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

The Steering Committee of the MSMEs Survival Fund and the Guaranteed Off Take Stimulus Scheme headed by the Hon Minister of State, Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment, Ambassador Mariam Katagum wishes to inform the general public that the MSMEs Survival Fund Payroll Support Track Portal will be reopened for states that have not met their quota from the 26th January to 1st February 2021.

The Yobe State MSME Survival Funds and Guaranteed Offtake Scheme Focal Person, Abubakar Adamu Fika had in a statement disclosed that the Payroll Supports Scheme Registration would continue again for 7 days beginning from 19th January, 2021 to enable the lagging State complete their quotas, which however did not hold as stated.
The official application portal for the Scheme remains https://www.survivalfund.gov.ng
The Project Delivery Office has however as at the time of this publication, not released the new decision in their official Twitter and Facebook Handles.
