Mrs Nneka Ikem Anibueze, the Special Assistant to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development on Media and Publicity giving the directives encouraged the affected Batch A and B N-power Beneficiaries to resend their details to support@n-sip.gov.ng for instant response to their issues.

The Media S.A. had, Wednesday, directed the N-power Beneficiaries who have been unable to log into the NEXIT Portal to send their details to her official Twitter handle https://mobile.twitter.com/nnekaikem1 for the purpose of issue resolution, noting that the NEXIT Registration would end in few days.This gives you an INSTANT RESPONSE when you write to support@n-sip.gov.ng. @npower_ng Batches A & B beneficence still trying to log on to https://t.co/O8cCvFiJHy Try it NOW.

Mrs Anibueze's Twitter handle which recieved more than a thousand details of affected N-power Beneficiaries in about 5hours appears to have been heavily bombarded, prompting the need for efficient data collection channel.
To this end, all affected Batch A and B N-power Beneficiaries who for one reason or the other have been unable to log in to the NEXIT Portal to update their records are as a matter of urgency encouraged to send their details including their Full Names, N-power Phone Number, N-power ID, DOB, N-power Email Address, New Email Address (if having e-mail issues), State of Origin, State of Residence, LGA of Origin/Residence, N-power Batch, N-power Category through their Email Accounts to support@n-sip.gov.ng while stating briefly their exact issues.
