NYIF Update: Youth and Sports Ministry furthers on Training, calls for Patience

Following the pre-qualification of several applicants of the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund for the youth-based business support loan scheme, the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development  (FMYSD) had continued the training of the "pre-qualified" applicants through the online Training portal https://fmysdenterprisetraining.ng.

The Sports Ministry in an update, Today, called on applicants who have completed their Training sessions on the portal "to keep checking their emails as Training Evaluation emails are sent to those who have completed their Training sessions".

The Ministry adviced the "prequalified applicants who have not recieved text invitation for the Training to exercise some patience as they will continue to invite more applicants for the training on daily bases", but in batches.

Batching of the training became necessary to ensure that the "Class limit" on the e-learning portal would not be exceeded which would in turn trigger collapse of the portal or constitute inefficiency of the platform. Hence, it is very important to remain patient and hopeful in the Programme.

Selected applicants who are yet to participate in the training are encouraged to visit https://youtu.be/5zY-QXGLWao to learn how to log in and use the e-learning portal https://fmysdenterprisetraining.ng for the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund Scheme Entrepreneurship Development Training.

Note that the candidates are selected from the pre-qualified applicants of the Programme who have successfully completed their loan application through the loan application portal  https://nyif.nmfb.com.ng/app and have met the requirements for further participation in the loan approval process.

Applicants who have not been pre-qualified should not panic as Pre-qualification is on going, and Pre-qualified applicants who are yet to complete there loan application, should as quickly as possible complete the stage so as to stand a chance in the next batch of the Training invitation.
