Some of the fake accounts had claimed that massive payments would commence on 17th or 18th May, 2021 which shattered the hope of the applicants who watched their phones till morning of 19th May, 2021 when they saw no Alerts.
Six fake MSMEs Survival Fund Twitter handles have been identified as participants in peddling false information/replies to the public against the immense efforts of the Federal Government to fully and efficiently implement the MSME Survival Funds Scheme.
They are:

While these fake accounts hide under the pretence of retweeting tweets from the Project Delivery Office official Twitter Handle https://mobile.twitter.com/SurvivalFund_ng @SurvivalFund_ng, and other Federal Government Intervention Scheme, they do not proffer solutions that align with the intents of the programmes.
Recall: MSME Survival Fund: 17th or 18th May announced Payment unofficial
The Federal Government had on 29th April, 2021 continued the 3 Months N30,000 Grant Payments to aditional 146,065 successful beneficiaries of the Payroll Supports Track across the Federation.
According to the statement released by the PDO, 46,117 beneficiaries of the General Grant Track of the Scheme constituting 50% of the total beneficiaries of the Track also started recieving the one time N50,000 direct cash injection to boost their businesses.
