The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has encouraged beneficiaries of the Batch C Stream 1 Npower Programme to exercise patience as "payment for September is still ongoing".
The Npower Management made this known, Tuesday, while addressing the issues of "No Payment Data Available" on some beneficiaries NASIMS Profile, as reported by the beneficiaries of the Npower programme.
According to NASIMS, "If your payment status under Payrol section is showing NO Payment Data Available, kindly contact us through any of our help lines 092203102 or 018888340 for assistance".
"If however our help lines are irresponsive when you call, please keep calling or try back at intervals. DO NOT SEND E-MAIL", NASIMS added.
The Npower Management assured that while the payment of September Stipend has continued, every qualified beneficiaries will definitely be paid.
The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has intensified efforts to ensure that the current beneficiaries of the Programme recieved their Stipends amidst technical challenges that had stood against the process.
Taking responsibility for the payment delay, NASIMS clarified that the September Payment to the beneficiaries is the first payment made to the current beneficiaries of the Npower Programme, hence very likely to encounter technical challenges.
The Npower Management body however assured that subsequent payments to the beneficiaries will be seamless and timely as they prepare a more efficient payment platform using the data of the first payment.
