"EFCC investigated the issue and concluded that enumeration exercise was carried out and farmers data were sufficiently captured, documented and available."
"The Director Extension and SA to the Vice President Dr Andrew kwasari has been pushing and pushing for our payment but all efforts failed."
"All and sufficient reports from the ministry and the EFCC were submitted to chief of staff for our payment."
"We the 36 States and FCT enumerators representatives were able to see VIVIDLY a document consisting of the list of all enumerators Nation wide, their local governments, number of surveys each enumerator carried out and the amount to be paid to each enumerator."
"The initial contract of the whole program was captured at N5000 per survey not N500 per survey."
"All our money are in the bank account intact and waiting for the report from the Chief of Staff."
"Chief of Staff is the only person that will file and submit last and final report and make decision on our payments"
"The minister, The Director Extension and those concerned are all ears and ready to welcome any form of action enumerators will take to make sure their payment is done. The minister is always supportive."
"For all these while, it's the Chief of Staff who has not been supportive to our payment, disbursement to farmers and the entire program at large the Director Extension said on behalf of the minister", Babangida penned.
