Npower Batch C Stipend Payment: NASIMS states how to resolve FAILED PAYMENT, Paid but not Credited, others | Npower Batch C Stipend News Today

The National Social Investment Management System has issued new directives to Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries who have payment issues such as Paid but not Credited or FAILED PAYMENT status.

Many Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries have had series of Payment Issues especially with their recently concluded March Stipend Payment, in addition to January, February Stipend Payment which "FAILED" to process for some of the Npower beneficiaries.

This has generated throngs of tension among the Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries who have called on the Npower Management to resolve all impending issues and credit their Bank accounts.

NASIMS reacting to the calls of the tensed Npower beneficiaries has, today evening, directed Npower Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries who have "PAID but not Credited Issue" to visit their Banks for confirmation of their accounts being credited without recieving alerts, and if the money truly did not drop into their Bank Accounts, they should obtain statement of their Bank Accounts and lodge a detailed complaint to the new email address socialmedia.npower@gmail.com for appropriate action.

The Npower Management warned that the directives should be given strictly adherence so as to enable them resolve all pending issues without further delay.

The Humanitarian Affairs Ministry speaking through its official Twitter Handle today has stated that Batch C Stream 1 Npower beneficiaries who have "FAILED PAYMENT" issues should exercise patience as Payment for months that failed to process, would be reinitiated for each of the affected Npower beneficiaries. 

Recall that NASIMS had earlier noted that "THOSE WHOSE ISSUES HAVE BEEN RESOLVED ARE BEING PAID OUT GRADUALLY" adding that "You will be paid as soon as the issue that resulted in the delay/fail in payment of your stipend is resolved".
