The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) said it has commenced payment of May Stipend to the beneficiaries of the Batch C Stream 1 Npower Programme.
This is coming just one week after the Npower Management initiated and paid April Stipend to the beneficiaries.
Breaking the May Stipend Payment news this evening, NASIMS noted that disbursement and crediting of beneficiaries bank accounts is expected to commence shortly.
The Npower Management further clarified that all payment issues are being addressed in order to credit the bank account of the beneficiaries, while calling for calm among the affected beneficiaries.
"PAYMENT OF MAY STIPENDS SUCCESSFULLY INITIATED!
"Payment of May stipends has successfully been initiated this afternoon 8th Jule, 2022, while disbursement and crediting of accounts is expected to commence shortly, we appreciate your patience so far during this moment of delay.
"Meanwhile all payment issues are being attended to, be patient and wait for your payments.
"Thank you!", NASIMS stated.
Fast-tracking the payment of the Batch C Stream 1 May Stipend is part of NASIMS plan to clear all outstanding payments and pave way for the Batch C Stream 2 Npower beneficiaries in the Government Integrated Financial Management Information Server (GIFMIS Payment Platform).

The Batch C Stream 1 Npower Programme is expected to be terminated in August 2022 which will be immediately followed by the full commencement of the Batch C Stream 2 Npower Programme.
