The Special Assistant to Sadiya Umah Farouk on Media and Publicity, Nneka Ikem Anibueze, in a tweet on Sunday stated that the Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries will recieve 3 Months Stipends covering the Months of October, November and December before the Election day on 25th February 2023.
"@npower_ng # batchCStream2 beneficiaries will receive at least, three months’ stipends before this weekend’s elections. You’ll be paid your stipends for #October #November and #December. We sincerely apologize for the delay due to unforeseen technical hitches. Be patient. Believe, Mrs Ikem stated.
Recall that the Ministry had recently in several Reports assured that it was making preparation to commence payment of Stipends to the Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries within last week.

However, Mrs Ikem had attributed the recent delay to technical hitches while giving unflinching assurance that the Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries will be paid this week.
Since the commencement of the Batch C2 Npower Programme on 4th October, 2022, this is the first time the Ministry is making official statement on the Npower Batch C2 Stipend Payment, even as the beneficiaries have been unpaid for over 4 months.
