Application For FRSC Recruitment 2023 Ongoing

The Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has opened portal for its 2023 recruitment exercise. This was announced by the Commission via its Official Handles on 10th April, 2023.

The Federal Road Safety Corps is a Para-Military Organization and the leading agency in road traffic administration and safety management in Nigeria. 

FRSC is recruiting for the following available Positions:

1. Officer Cadre Category

a. Officer Cadre: Applicants must possess a first Degree/HND from recognized Institutions of learning and NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption Certificate.

2. Officer(MBBS) Cadre: Candidates must possess the following: i. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution of higher learning in Medicine ii. NYSC Discharge Certificate.

3. Marshal Inspectorate (MI) Cadre

a. Marshal Inspector I

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following:

Double Qualifications RN & RM, Accident & Emergency Nurses, Pediatric Nurses, Anesthetic Nurses, Orthopedic Nurses, Radiographers from recognized institutions

b. Marshal Inspector II

Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following:i. Nigerian Certificate of Education (NCE) in relevant disciplines.ii. Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM).iii. Statement of Result not beyond 5years.

c. Marshal Inspector III

Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following from recognized Institutions:i. National Diploma (ND)ii. Senior Community Health Extension Workers Certificate (CHEW),iii. Medical Laboratory Techniciansiv. Pharmacy Techniciansv. Dental Technicians

4. Road Marshal Assistant (RMA) Cadre

a. Road Marshal Assistant II

Qualifications: Applicants must possess minimum of 5 credits in SSCE/GCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) which must include English Language and Mathematics

b. Road Marshal Assistant III

Qualifications Minimum of three (3) credits in SSCE (WAEC/NECO) or NABTEB, one of the credits must be in English Language.

c. Artisans and Tradesmen

Artisans and Tradesmen may apply under this category. Those applying for the posts of Computer Operators, Drivers, Mechanics, Motorcycle Riders, Electricians, Instrumentalists, Tailors, Plumbers, etc must possess the following:i. A minimum of 4 passes in SSCE (WAEC/NECO) or NABTEB.ii. Trade Test and or other professional Certificates.iii. Drivers and Riders must have the appropriate class of Driver’s Licence.

d. Drivers and Riders

i. Drivers and Riders MUST have appropriate class of valid National Driver’s Licenseii. Trade Test and or other professional Certificates.iii. Attempted SSCE/GCE (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)

General Requirements

1. Computer Literacy and possession of Valid Drivers Licence shall be an added advantage.  

W. Be a Nigerian by birth

3. Must be Computer literate and possesses a valid ID Card

4. Applicant must be medically fit and must possess Certificate of Medical fitness from a Government Hospital.

5. Applicant must not be less than 18 and above 30 years old in 2023 (35 years will be considered for Medical Doctors and 35 years for articulated vehicle drivers.

6. All applicants must be single

7. Applicant height male must not be less than 1.68 meters and female 1.64

8.Must possess the following qualification according to your position interest requirement: Bsc, HND, ND, NCE.SSCE and related qualification

9. Applicants who are Pregnant  need not apply.
