While many complain they have not recieved the 3-Months Bulk Payment of N90,000, which was aggregated from N30,000 monthly Stipends, it is important to understand who and who are eligible for the Backlog Payment.
The Npower Management under the Ministry commenced a first time Payment to Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries on 22nd February 2023, a very long wait after the official enrolment of the Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries on 4th October, 2023.
The Payment was for the Months of October, November and December 2022. While many of the 490,000 Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries recieved their 3 Months Stipends, a good number did not recieve. It is important to point out that during the time of the Payment, some Batch C1 Npower beneficiaries whose Programme ended in August 2022, were also paid - a situation the Ministry described as an extention of its benevolence but not Extention of the Batch C1 Programme.
To ensure that both Batch C2 and C1 beneficiaries who did not recieve October, November and December Stipends recieved theirs, the Ministry through its N-SIP Department, the National Social Investment Management Sytem (NASIMS), created an Npower Validation Form which was contained in the Npower Validation Link https://validation.nasims.ng/validate.
NASIMS noted that the Form would help to validate the beneficiaries' information initially submitted during the registration for the Npower Programme, and as such will confirm their eligibility for receiving stipends. This aimed at forestalling data error which may have occured during the initial Payment.
The Npower Validation Form was filled by the Npower beneficiaries, both Batch C1 and C2; data collated were used to validate the Npower beneficiaries, and currently being utilised in the October, November, December Backlog Payment.

So the only thing you have to do is pray against "village people", you know what that means (smiles), then buy a bottle of Soft drink, and sip with your phone by your side. Raba must ball!
