1. Have a maximum age of 27 years old.

 2. Be a graduate with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) degree(s).

3. Have a minimum academic qualification of Second-Class Upper degree or its equivalent from institutions accredited by NUC or other regulatory bodies approved by government.

4. Have evidence of mandatory NYSC scheme/mandatory In-Country Post Graduate Service or Exemption Certificate.
