Humanitarian job Alert: How to apply for Humanitarian Aid Worker Job in Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation

The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Betta Edu had at first day in office as a minister stated that the Ministry will create jobs for millions of Nigerians.

As part of the New Year's plans, the Ministry has begun hiring temporal Humanitarian aid workers and deploying them to every location where there are humanitarian crises going forward. This will not only reduce unemployment but will improve our response time and the quality of response going forward.

Term of Engagement in the Humanitarian Job by FMHAPA

1. Successful candidates will be hired for three months in the first instance, and if the crisis is protracted, they may be made to stay 6 months or one year maximum.

2. Candidates who have skills and experience working in humanitarian crisis situations will have greater advantages.

3. This job is for persons residents in those locations to help with community relationships and interaction.

4. The current location is Plateau state, LGAs affected are Barkin Ladi, Bokkos, and Mangu.
